I started practicing karate at the age of four and have 28 years of experience in karate.
I was also a member of the Japanese National Team for 7 years.
Currently, I teach students from children to adults and have 4 years of experience teaching online lessons via Zoom.
I usually coach children who compete at a national level, but I wanted to make karate more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
That’s why I created my “Super Beginner 🔰 Karate Lesson.”
Karate often has an image of being painful or scary, but in my lessons, I focus on making karate easy, safe, and enjoyable, while still looking cool and beautiful.
Instead of intense movements, we carefully practice basic kata movements, such as stances, punches, blocks, and kicks.
By incorporating these movements into your daily life, you can build a stronger body and improve your posture.
This lesson is specially designed for complete beginners.
Lesson Structure
- Greeting & warm-up
- Karate basics (stances, punches, blocks, kicks)
- Training (optional, based on your preference)
- Cool-down stretching
What to Prepare
- Comfortable clothing (loungewear is perfectly fine)
- Enough space to stretch both arms without hitting the wall
- Mostly standing movements
