Descrizioni

This lesson is a safe emotional space for tweens and teens (ages 10–18) to talk about life stress, family, friends, school pressure, or anxiety. We use conversation and calm visuals to work through feelings and create simple mental health habits. Great for neurodiverse and highly sensitive students.
Includes emotional check-ins, self-reflection visuals, and optional mindfulness games.

What we’ll do in class:
✔ “Feelings Check-In” visual board
✔ Stress scale activity
✔ Gentle guided reflection
✔ Optional journaling time

No pressure. No judgment. Just support.
