Macchan Perfil del(de la) tutor/a
One-time Japanese lessons with no need for regular commitment required. Former high school teacher. Certified junior high school teacher and childcare provider.
Utilizing my experience living in the Netherlands and my own language learning journey, I offer lessons that help people with busy schedules experience the joy of feeling that they “can speak Japanese!”
Through causal conversation practice and NHK’s “News Web Easy,” I provide feedback to help you acquire natural Japanese based on our discussions.
One-time lessons are also welcome!
Lesson Content
① Free-talking
We will decide on one topic for each lesson, and practice conversing in Japanese.
(Topic examples: parenting / cultural differences between Japan and your country / Japanese “honne” and “tatemae” / listening responses / life in Japan, and so on.)
I value conversations where students can feel that they were “able to express their opinions in Japanese” and that they were able to “have a deep discussion.”
② NHK Easy Japanese News from “News Web Easy”
We will read an article sent in advance, properly understanding it, while practicing expressing your thoughts in Japanese.
After the lesson, I will provide feedback about natural phrasing and expressions from what we used in the lesson.
I won’t force you to cram in too much content. Let’s enjoy learning Japanese!
