The method I use is the "Lighthouse of The Heart". I've been initiated to it by Metatron's messenger M. Antonelli. it is very powerfull and effective and you can sense it by yourself as soon as you'll allow it to flow onto your body.
Effect: It will replenish your body awareness and allow your body consciousness to take all the necessary steps in orther to achieve a more radiating health or overcome a situation or stress, or even helps in alleviating disease and physical discomfort.
