Let’s explore the world around us in a new language! This interactive lesson helps children learn the Afrikaans names for everyday items they see, from their toys to things in nature. It’s a great way to make language learning relatable and fun!

This 25-minute lesson builds on the foundation of the "First Words" lesson by expanding vocabulary. We will use visual aids and games to help children:

  • Learn the names of common objects they can find at home or outside.

  • Practice simple phrases like "This is a book" (Hierdie is 'n boek).

  • Engage in a simple "What do you see?" game to reinforce new words.

This class is perfect for children who want to start building a small vocabulary of useful words.
