Lesson Pack Details

This is a 2-lesson pack. You will be issued 1 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 15 days of the first lesson date.

Lessons should generally be booked chronologically, meaning that the second lesson should be booked after the first, and so on.

This is a 60-minute custom and personalized lesson. Please note this is a 2-lesson package. This English-level intensity is a perfect for learners who want to dig deeper into conversation, grammar, writing, or material of choice. This session gives us space to focus on your key goals. One solid step forward measured, clear, and personal.

 

I'll design a personalized lesson tailored to your interests, needs, and goals whether that’s improving your speaking, writing, vocabulary, pronunciation, or something else entirely. Custom personalized lessons will be established from our first meeting. We'll go at your pace, focus on what matters most to you, and make learning feel rewarding and enjoyable. This is your journey, and I’m here to guide you in a way that fits you best. Let’s keep moving forward one step at a time.

 

Lesson Details:

5 min - Greetings

15-45 min - Activity #1

15-25 min - Activity #2 (Optional, Recommended)

15 min - Activity #3 (Optional)

10 min - Feedback


Some Lesson Expectations:

  • I'd like to be transparent that I work another part-time job. I only receive my schedule every other week, and I am unfortunately assigned randomly. Therefore, I will be updating my schedule weekly and as needed. If my part-time work overlaps with our meetings, I may need to contact you and discuss rescheduling. It would be best to consider having 2 - 3 days of availability when booking an appointment with me. I would appreciate your flexibility and understanding!
  • Calls may be recorded and posted as unlisted on my YouTube channel for your reference and ability to revisit our lessons. I will ask for your explicit permission at the beginning of each meeting prior to recording.
  • Videos for our meetings are optional, but video on preferably.
  • All feedback and notes will be recorded during the time of our session and sent to you.

This tutor's cancellation policy

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 2hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 2-6hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
