こんにちは！YUKIと申します！皆さん、電話応対は好きですか？対面と違って相手が見えない状態で話すことに苦手意識がある方も多いと思います。私は家電や健康食品の通信販売、インターネットの営業、予約窓口など様々なコールセンターで１２年ほど勤務した経験がございますが、やはり始めは相手の方が見えない状況や普段は使わない言葉遣いなどに慣れず、とても苦労しました。しかし沢山のお客様と接する中で、正しい言葉遣いは勿論ですが「声のトーンやスピード」「相槌を打つタイミング」「口癖」「ポジティブに聞こえる言葉選び」などがどれほどお客様に与える印象に大きく作用するかを学びました。口癖と一概に言ってもよく使ってしまう言葉だけが口癖ではありません。語尾が伸びてしまったり跳ねてしまったり、発音が苦手な単語があったりスピードが相手と合わなかったりと、必ずひとりひとりで違う話し方の癖があります。そしてこれは「癖」というだ
