Hello, everyone!
My name is Charlie. I'm a full-time teacher, online and offline.
I've been teaching for almost 3 years now. My students range from kindergarten students all the way to retired indiviuals. I have taught various subjects/topics. Such as;
- Grammar
- Idioms
- Eiken
- Toeic
- Free talk
- Natural English
A little bit about me:
I've been living in Japan for 3 years, and I really love living here. I live in Akita currenlty and it's been amazing. My favourite Akita food is iburigakko!! One of my goals is to visit every prefecture in Japan, so I'd love to hear about your prefecture abd recommendations!
In my free time, I'm usually drawing or cooking. I love drawing my own characters. I love learning new recipes too cook as well, especially different countries foods. And spending time with my beautiful cats of course.
My teaching style:
I believe in a relaxed, natural teaching environment! Learning is important but having fun and being comfortable is too.
I prefer to teach in a more casual way that can help create a more friendly atmosphere, but I can adjust accordingly to each student. I encourage students to talk more as statistically students who talk more, improve the most!
I will personalise each lesson in a way that the student likes. I will also provide homework even short homework tasks for free talkers. Also, each student will get a feedback sheet after each lesson.
