One day, I decided that “I want to be able to speak Korean too!” Which is why I went on to study Korean for two years at a language school, followed by about four years of self-study.
Although I’ve never studied abroad, I passed Level 6 of the TOPIK on my first try, where I initially planned to only test my skills! I’ve now reached the point where I can enjoy TV dramas and news without subtitles.
