Hi, I’m Jason!
I’m originally from the U.S. and currently living in Kyoto, Japan. I’ve always enjoyed helping people learn and grow, and teaching English has become a real passion of mine.
I began teaching English informally by helping my Japanese wife, her sisters, and family friends with conversation, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Over time, I found that I really enjoy creating a relaxed, encouraging environment where people feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions.
My lessons are focused on natural conversation and practical communication. I believe that learning a language should be fun and stress-free. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to build confidence in everyday English, I’ll tailor each lesson to your level and goals.
I’m also studying Japanese, so I understand what it’s like to learn a new language—and I bring that understanding into every lesson.
