Hello! I’m Jini, a Korean language tutor. It’s nice to meet you!

I have been teaching Korean online and in person since 2021.

I teach one-on-one private lessons, as well as group lessons for up to 20 students, both in online settings for students living abroad, and in-person in Incheon and Seoul in South Korea. :)

Through teaching students of various nationalities and levels (beginner to advanced), I have come to understand the varying challenges that everyone faces when learning Korean.

For instance, I utilize a variety of content to create lessons tailored to each specific needs of my students who struggle with pronunciation, intonation, choosing the right vocabulary for the situation, or advancing from beginner to intermediate level..

In addition, for beginners who cannot speak Korean at all, I also offer lessons that use videos, illustrations, and photos to help you become more familiar with Korean in a fun and easy way.

In fact, one student who started studying the Hangul alphabet with me two years ago has now improved to the point where we can joke around with each other in Korean :)

Even if you can’t speak Korean at all, there’s no need to worry!

Sometimes lessons are 100% perfect, but sometimes there are small areas that need improvement. I will listen carefully to my students’ feedback and work daily to refine and improve my lessons so that my lessons can help achieve your goals.

As part of this effort, I create my own workbooks, writing practices, and grammar practice notebooks, which will be used in our lessons.

I also provide PDF files of these materials to students who take my lessons online.

In my opinion, a “good lesson” is one that satisfies the students, one that we create together, and one that leaves a lasting impression on my students after the lesson.

As I have done so far, I will continue to conduct research and develop various lessons.^^
