Hello! My name is Emma and I am from England, the UK. I have been living in Osaka for more than 5 years. I love tea so I'll probably be drinking tea when I teach! I also enjoy sketching, baking, video games, reading and watching various TV shows.
I have taught English as an ALT in various schools in Japan for about 8 years and have TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualifications. I've helped students in the classroom, with homework, studying for speech contests and the TOEIC speaking test. I took a break from teaching to have my young son but I want to keep teaching because it's so rewarding.
My teaching style is very relaxed and casual, more like talking with a friend! I can help you in many ways so let me know what you would like to work on in our lessons!
