YUKANA 講師的自我介紹

Hello everyone. My name is Yukana.
　I have been teaching English at public junior and elementary schools for over 20 years. My motto for lessons is "easy to understand and fun!" I also spent two years as a Japanese language teacher at a public high school in Virginia, USA, under the Ministry of Education, REX Program, where I taught Japanese language and culture to American high school students. This experience has enabled me to learn the differences and advantages of schools in the US and Japan, and I have applied this knowledge to my own lessons.
　When learning a language, I believe it is important to first "listen" carefully to understand the context in which the language is being used and what expressions sound natural. Then, I repeat this process by repeating the words out loud. If you would also like to learn writing, please request in advance.
　My hobbies include music, traveling, and reading (I also love manga). I have studied vocal music for several years and occasionally perform in concerts. I have been learning piano since I was a child, but recently I started playing the cris harp (a 15-string harp recently developed in Japan). I love English songs, singing a wide range of genres, from bossa nova to pop and classical. I like Japanese anime such as "Chi. On the Movement of the Earth" and "Death Note." Anime theme songs are now a global hit. So if you'd like to sing Japanese anime songs or pop songs, let's learn pronunciation and sing together! I have
　also completed a Holistic Life Coach training course taught by Alan Cohen, who believes that humans are spiritual beings. I have also completed A Course in Miracles teacher training course taught by him, and I am still learning his message. I look forward
