Hello! I’m Sarah – your English tutor from MANCHESTER in ENGLAND, UK.

I’m a qualified teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching English and Drama to students of all ages, from young learners to adults. I’ve taught in UK secondary schools, international schools in Thailand, and even on cruise ships, where I combined education with hospitality and cultural exchange.

I believe the most important part of learning a new language is speaking it. If you can’t live in an English speaking country, the next best thing is to talk regularly with a native speaker about real-life topics. Whether it’s asking for help, sharing a story, or making someone laugh, these moments build confidence and connection. That’s what my lessons are all about.

My classes are designed to be appropriate, empowering, interesting, and, helpful FOR DAILY LIFE including, travelling, socialising and practical phrases. I have a local manchester accent, although I do always try to speak slowly and clearly. Again, I think however that it is really important to hear different accents in order to gain an authentic expeirence, patient guidance, and creative techniques like roleplay and storytelling to make learning enjoyable and practical. I also specialize in Business English, travel English, and customer service communication, drawing on my background in hospitality and training.

Whether you’re preparing for a trip, improving your conversation skills, or studying for exams, I’ll tailor each lesson to your goals and interests. Let’s enjoy learning English together!
