Hi there! My name is Bart Rivers and I hold a double degree in Applied Economics and Applied Corporate Management from De La Salle University. But more importantly, I’ve discovered my true passion lies in education — helping students grow in their English fluency and confidence.
I’ve been teaching English for a few years now on different ESL platforms, working with kids as young as 5, young professionals, and even adult learners. So whether conversational English or business communication I always make sure my lessons are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student’s goals.
As a teacher, I bring patience, energy, and adaptability into every class. I believe students thrive in a safe, encouraging environment — so I make sure to create one where they feel comfortable making mistakes and motivated to improve.
Outside of teaching, I also have experience in project and operations management, which has helped me become highly organized, professional, and tech-savvy — all valuable in the online classroom.
My hobbies would include playing basketball, billiards, watching animes, cooking and travelling, and during free talk, we could talk about our similar hobbies that we love and enjoy.
I’d love to work with you and help you become more confident in using English in everyday life, school, or even the workplace.
