Business Japanese: Emails & Phone Etiquette (25 Minutes)

This lesson is designed for people who use Japanese at work.
With extensive professional experience, I understand the challenges of communicating in Japanese in the workplace. I’ll help you develop practical Japanese skills, including writing emails to business clients, handling phone calls, and using honorific language appropriately.
I hold the Level 2 Secretarial Skills Test certification and the Grade C Trade Practice Test certification from the Japan Trade Practice Association. I’ll teach you practical expressions and communication skills that you can use in real business situations.
In this 25-minute lesson, we’ll focus on either email writing and correction or phone conversation practice, so you can concentrate on one topic and improve your skills efficiently.
