Lesson Pack Details
This is a 10-lesson pack. You will be issued 9 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 90 days of the first lesson date.

1. 対象者の学習レベル（初級～上級等）
本コースは「完全な初心者（零基础）」を主な対象として設計されています。具体的には：
- 中国語の発音（ピンイン）や基本単語も知らない方
- 「こんにちは」「ありがとう」程度の簡単な表現しか使えない方
- 上級者や中級者向けの内容ではなく、「日常会話ができるようになる」ことを目指す入門レベルのコースです。学習後、初級レベル（例：中国語能力試験 N4 相当）の日常沟通が可能になることを目標としています。
2. 対象者の年齢層（児童・学生・会社員等）
推奨する年齢層は「16 歳～60 歳」で、以下の方々に適しています：
- 学生：大学生、専門学校生、または留学・交換留学を控えて中国語を短期間で習得したい生徒
- 会社員：中国とのビジネス往来がある、または中国語を活用した仕事をしたい上班族
- その他：旅行や趣味で中国語を使いたい方、家族・友人と中国語で交流したい方など
- 備考：児童（15 歳以下）は学習リズムや内容の集中度に合わせにくいため、本コースは成人向けに最適化されています。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
