Grammar Galaxy: Nouns, Verbs and Adjectives
课程介绍
This lesson is great for beginners, but can also serve as a refresher lesson for those who are a bit more intermediate in their English. I will start the lesson by going over the definition of what a noun, verb and adjective are. Once students become more comfortable with the concepts, students will then play an interactive game where I will provide the sentence stem and students will fill in the verb. Once students can identify a verb, they will move on to nouns. The students will categorize nouns into groups of people, places and things in order to help them familiarize themselves with different types of nouns. Students will become more familiar with the concept of adjectives by using visual aid. I will introduce pictures and or objects to represent the adjectives. For example I would show a picture of a "furry" dog or a "tall" tree. Afterwards, I will answer any questions students have for any concept or terms that may still remain unclear.
