Are you looking for guidance in your career journey within technology, startups, or the games industry? In this session, we’ll have a focused 1:1 conversation about your goals, challenges, and opportunities.

I can share insights from my own path, from working at large companies like Amazon and Unity, to co-founding and running a game studio whose title has sold over 4.5 million copies worldwide, as well as building large-scale communities and events.

セッションは英語で行います。日本語も少し話せますが、このテーマについて十分に話せるほどではありませんので、ご了承ください。英語が母語でなくても問題ありません。ご希望であれば、セッションをゆっくり進めることも可能です。ただし、面接対策では正確な言い回しが重要になるため難しい部分があること、またピッチデックのレビューなどは十分に理解できない可能性があることをご承知おきください。

Depending on your needs, we can:

  • Discuss career direction and strategy (industry entry, transitions, or growth).

  • Explore skills development and role expectations (programming, game dev, FAANG, startups).

  • Work through specific challenges or decisions you’re facing.

  • Build confidence and motivation to take the next steps.

Sessions are free-form and conversational, not lectures. My style is encouraging and honest, with a focus on helping you gain clarity and confidence in your own career path.
