 About the Class

Join a fun, 90-minute online cooking class where you can either cook along live or watch and take notes. Great for all levels — especially ESL learners or home cooks looking to improve skills.

 How It Works

  • Choose your dish from the weekly summer menu

  • Once a dish is selected and taught that week, it’s no longer available until next week

  • Book at least 3 days in advance so I can shop and prep

  • You’ll receive an ingredient list after booking and a full recipe after class.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 2hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 2-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
