Students will receive tailored instruction on literary devices and writing mechanics relevant to their writing skills and goals. At the end of the lesson, they will receive a prompt for them to write over the next week.
Timeline:

6-10m: introduce concepts
11-25m: instruct with targeted practice
26-30m: explain prompt to student, addressing questions and concerns
