课程介绍
Online English Soroban Lesson for Preschoolers (15 minutes)
Age Group: 3–6 years old (preschool children)
Duration: 15 minutes per session (designed for short attention spans)
Format: Online (via Zoom or similar platform)
Lesson Flow

Greeting & English Warm-up (2 minutes)
Start with a cheerful greeting in English through songs or simple phrases.
Examples: “Hello!”, “How are you?” -
Number Play & English Listening (3 minutes)
Use number cards or hand games to practise listening to numbers in English.
Example: Counting 1–10, “Show me number 5!” -
Soroban Practice (5 minutes)
With a colourful soroban, children learn to “see” and “touch” numbers.
- Counting beads from 1 to 5
- Moving beads with simple English instructions: “One bead”, “Two beads” -
Simple Calculation Challenge (3 minutes)
Experience easy addition with the soroban.
Example: “What’s two plus one?” → Answer by moving beads on the soroban -
Wrap-up & Goodbye in English (2 minutes)
Review what was learned and finish with positive feedback.
Examples: “Good job!”, “See you next time!”
