私は、百貨店で6年間接客し、クレジットカード会社で2年間テレフォンオペレーターとして働きました。
練習できる場面の例:
1. お店での店員とお客様のやりとり
2. 会社での電話受付と取引先とのやりとり
3. コールセンター(オペレーターとお客様)のやりとり
4. 病院・レストランへの予約、変更、キャンセルの電話
