课程介绍
Describing pictures is one of the best ways to improve your English skills. It is very effective for:
- learning new vocabulary
- learning descriptive phrases
- using a variety of descriptive and comparative adjectives
- using present simple & present continuous tenses accurately
- prepositions of place & position
- speculating
I will choose pictures & photographs that are appropriate to your age and level of ability, and will assist you with suggestions and questions about the images. You are also welcome to provide your own pictures or photographs if you prefer!
Because the ability to describe pictures is such an important skill, many English exams (e.g Cambridge, EIKEN, TOEIC) have a section on describing images. If you are preparing for an exam please let me know and I will ensure that I tailor the lesson to meet the requirements of your exam.
