Let’s Talk About Ourselves in Japanese!｜Self-introduction for Kids
課程介紹
★Lesson Description
In this lesson, children will practice simple self-introductions in Japanese such as their name, age, favorite things, and more.
Using fun picture cards, gestures, and plenty of encouragement, we’ll build the ability to talk about oneself in Japanese.
The lesson is designed to support learners gently and slowly, helping them get comfortable listening to and speaking Japanese with confidence!
★Recommended for:
・Children ages 3–12
・Beginners in Japanese / heritage learners
・Kids who want to learn to talk about themselves in Japanese
・Families living outside Japan who want to maintain Japanese exposure
※Lessons are adjusted based on your child's age, attention span, and language level.

This lesson is designed for children aged 3 to 12, but I’m happy to adapt it for younger or older learners as well.

★Lesson Flow (Example):
Greetings – Let's say your name in Japanese!
Teacher's self-introduction (as a model)
Practice key words with picture cards (foods, animals, etc.)
Try saew & "You did a great job!"
★After the Lesson:
・You will receive a message with feedback and suggestions for the next steps
・I’m happy to tailor the lesson content to your family's goals, such as:
“We want to focus on food words.”
“We’re reviewing for Japanese school.”
“My child is losing confidence in speaking Japanese.”
