Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

お顔か老けてきた、笑顔に自信がないなど、お顔のお悩みを本格的に解消したいかた向けのコースレッスンです。
4回のオンラインコースで練習するポーズは顔ヨガの基礎ポーズと言われる10ポーズです。10ポーズをマスターすることで、お顔の筋肉をバランス良く、まんべんなく鍛えることができます。

また、顔ヨガは3分だけでも毎日継続することが効果を高めるポイントなので、コースを受講していただくことで顔ヨガを習慣づけるきっかけにもなり、効果を実感する近道になります！
更に、ご自宅での練習用にテキストもご用意します！

※オススメとしては週に1回、1ヶ月以内に4回ですが、連続してのご受講、短期間でのご受講でも大丈夫です。最長60日間の間で4回ご受講ください。

＜顔ヨガって何？＞
顔ヨガは、体を動かすヨガと同様、筋トレとストレッチの性質を持つ、お顔のエクササイズです。
表情筋は小さな筋肉なので効果が出やすく、１日たった５分、１～２週間続けるだけでお顔に変化が表れます。

難しそうだから躊躇していた方、実はとっても簡単なのをご存知ですか？
筋肉は何歳になっても鍛えられます。

＜こんなことが体験出来ます＞
お顔の筋肉の正しい動かし方のコツを掴んでいただき、表情筋を鍛えて年齢に負けない、表情豊かなお顔をつくっていきます。
また、姿勢のチェックを行って、正しい姿勢を確認していただきます。
正しい姿勢をキープするための筋トレや、体や顔のたるみ、むくみに効果的なストレッチを行い、
お顔も体も、重力に負けないハリを取り戻していきます。

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
