We all strive to attain happiness, this class will help us keep this elusive prize once we have it.

Instead of just wishing for a Happy New Year, lets do something about it.
One objective is to get you to practice organizing your thoughts into a logical sequence and then express yourself in a simple, straightforward, understandable way.
We start by defining happiness.
We talk about different levels of happiness.
We walk through the process of a troubled romantic relationship and the steps that should ALWAYS be followed to successfully navigate these bumpy waters.
Now we learn how and when to apply these techniques to other everyday situations which will appear in the upcoming year.
We take a light look at addiction. We review the world's most successful anti addiction method.
