Course Description:

This beginner-level course is based on the Seoul National University Korean 1A & 1B textbooks and is designed for learners who want to build a solid foundation in Korean from the very beginning.

You will learn how to read and write Hangul, master essential vocabulary, grammar, and expressions, and use them naturally in daily conversations. Each lesson combines structure and communication, helping you understand how the language works while practicing real-life situations such as introducing yourself, shopping, ordering at a restaurant, and making plans with friends.

All lessons are interactive — you will immediately apply what you learn through dialogues and speaking practice, so you can remember and use Korean naturally in everyday contexts.

Course Structure:

  • Total Lessons: 16 lessons (8 lessons for Level 1A + 8 lessons for Level 1B)

  • Lesson Duration: 50 minutes each

  • Material: Seoul National University Korean 1 (1A & 1B)

  • Registration: Students register by pack (8-lesson pack recommended for each level)

What You’ll Learn in This Course:

🧩 Level 1A (Lessons 1–8):

  • Learn Hangul (Korean alphabet) and pronunciation

  • Basic greetings and self-introduction

  • Talking about your nationality, occupation, and family

  • Asking and answering simple daily questions

🌿 Level 1B (Lessons 9–16):

  • Expanding vocabulary and sentence patterns

  • Talking about time, location, hobbies, and plans

  • Ordering food, shopping, and describing your day

  • Using polite and casual speech naturally
