Lessons that focus on the basics, socialising, telephone skills, conversations, meetings & negotiations in the business / working environment. 

Lessons are varied according to your English level and the skill : 
  • the basics - (self introduction, apolgizing, asking further instructions, etc)
  • socialising - (making busineness introduction, welcoming visitors, starting a conversation, etc)
  • telephone skills - (answering a call, taking & leaving a message, placing an order, etc)
  • conversations - (making an apology, showing interest & appreciaition, describing a product, etc)
  • meetings - (starting up a meeting, conducting a business meeting, making agenda's, etc).
  • negotiations - (negotiating with a client company, proposing a joint venture, processing an order, etc)
