There is no better way to start a teacher student relationship than the same way we start any relationship. We greet each other; we meet each other; we talk about where we've been and we use that to plan our journey.

Whether you want a crash course for basic getting around or whether you want to start a long English-language journey, we start here.
We greet each other; there are lots of ways to say hello in English; new learners get to practice the basics; experts show off. I get to see where you are in your confidance and your application.
Depending on your level, we talk about what you have studied, where you have been, or what you have done. Hooray for the present perfect!
The basics of language are go and do. The basics of experience is where we've gone and what we've done. We practice tenses without even knowing it; we get to know each other before we've even realized it.
We talk about where we want to go.
If this is to a physical English language destination, we'll discuss sights and research idiosyncrasies. We'll discuss special needs and how to ask for help.
If your destination is a language goal, we'll talk about timeline and identify actionable targets. If you're a beginner, we'll set timelines for specific language targets; if you're more advanced, we'll create a SMART goal together and move on to action planning.
Wherever you want to go, we'll get you there; this is the first step.
