About Me
I have over eight years of teaching experience, both in person and online, supporting students with personal development, exam preparation, and studying abroad. I’ve worked with learners of different ages and levels, helping them build confidence and fluency in English.

Born and raised in Taiwan, I understand the challenges of learning English as a second language. The key to mastering English to a near-native level wasn’t talent or academic background. It was method. The real breakthrough comes when we learn how to take practical, usable notes from what we hear and read, turning language input into active output. That’s the mindset I bring to every class.

Teaching Approach
My lessons is flexible and learner-centred. I combine structured methods with conversational practice, cultural insights, and AI tools to create an engaging, fast-paced learning environment. With my multicultural background and academic expertise, I aim to make language learning both effective and enjoyable.
When setting learning goals, we’ll focus on intentional practice through real communication scenarios, making every session meaningful and relevant to daily life.

✨ Before the trial lesson, I’ll send you a short teaching survey to better understand your goals, learning style, and specific needs. During the trial, I’ll assess your current level through conversation and targeted exercises, then discuss a personalised learning plan with you. After the class, I’ll share recommendations on the number of lessons and methods best suited to help you reach your goals. This way, we can make the most of our time together from the very first session.

My conversational English lessons go beyond small talk; they’re designed to help you express ideas clearly, naturally, and confidently. Every dialogue and activity is created by me, based on real-life contexts and your personal interests. We’ll practise through interactive discussions, tone and nuance exercises, and scenario-based conversations that reflect authentic communication from workplace chats to thought-provoking debates.

I provide targeted coaching to help students present themselves professionally and confidently. We cover common interview questions, develop structured and impactful answers, refine pronunciation and fluency, and conduct mock interviews for realistic practice.
