Have you ever felt confused or hurt when someone suddenly stopped replying or rejected you without explanation? In this 25-minute session, we’ll gently explore the emotional experience of ghosting and rejection through conversation and reflection.

  • Share feelings, thoughts, and personal experiences (only if you feel comfortable)

  • Build emotional resilience and self-awareness through guided conversation
