Motivation tends to drop in autumn - how to stay on track

Thulee

 1. Start Your Day with Purpose

Even when it’s dark outside, try to begin your day with something that gives you energy, a warm drink, light exercise, or a short motivational podcast.

2. Set Small, Realistic Goals

When motivation drops, big goals can feel overwhelming. Instead, focus on small daily tasks.

3. Stay Connected

If you’re learning English or working from home, try not to isolate yourself.

4. Reward Yourself

Motivation grows when you celebrate small wins. After finishing a task or lesson, treat yourself, enjoy your favorite snack, go for a short walk, or relax with a good show. Balance is essential.

?? 5. Remember Why You Started

When things get tough, take a moment to remind yourself of your “why.” Maybe you started learning English to travel, build confidence, or connect with people from around the world. Reconnecting with your purpose reignites your passion.
