わたしの設定しているレッスンの時間は
今のところ、15分、25分、50分ですが、
レッスンに向けての準備は毎回しています。
一つは、レッスンの内容の準備です。
生徒さんのレッスンの頻度は、週に一回か、二回が
多いです。生徒さんに何か用事があった際は、その分、ブランクが空いてします。
そのため、わたしは、レッスンごとに、
簡単なメモをとっています。
そのメモには、レッスンの主な内容や、
次回のレッスンのヒントなど、自分が感じたこと
についてです。
レッスンの前には、そのメモを見直して、レッスンに備えます。
もう一つは、気持ちの準備です。
なるべく、レッスンをする部屋には、余計な物を
置かないようにしています。
そして、部屋の掃除は定期的にしています。
必ずすることは、レッスンの前に窓を開けて換気を
しておきます。
そして、できれば、外で歩くか、庭でご飯を食べるかして、緑にふれるようにします。
一度、頭をからっぽにした方が、良いアイデアが
でてきたりするからです。
ふと頭に浮かんできたアイデアは、実際にレッスンで使うことが多いです。
これらの準備は、レッスンの質を高めるためにすることの一部です。

My lesson times are currently set at 15 minutes, 25 minutes, and 50 minutes,
but I prepare for each lesson every single time.
One thing is preparing the lesson content.
Most students take lessons once or twice a week. If a student has something come up, that makes a blank in their schedule.
Because of this, I take simple notes for each lesson.
These notes include the main points covered in the lesson,
tips for the next lesson, and my own observations.
Before the lesson, I review these notes to prepare.
Another aspect is mental preparation.
I try to keep removing unnecessary items in the room where lessons take place.
I also clean the room regularly.
One thing I always do is open the windows to ventilate the room before the lesson.
Then, if possible, I go for a walk outside or eat a meal in the garden to connect with nature.
Clearing my mind helps good ideas come to me.
The ideas that suddenly pop into my head often get used in actual lessons.
These preparations are part of what I do to enhance lesson quality.
