Idiom of the Week

Introduction
Idioms are part of daily English. They are funny, colorful, and often don’t mean what the words say. Learning idioms will make your English sound more natural. Each week, we will learn one idiom you can use in real life.

Hang Out

No hanging from trees! “Hang out” means to spend time with friends in a relaxed way.

Example:
Mike: “What are you doing tomorrow?”
Sally: “Nothing special. Do you want to hang out at the café?”

Try it this week:Ask a friend, “Do you want to hang out this weekend?”
