Understanding Yourself Through MBTI

Rhei

Did you know that everyone has a natural way of seeing the world, making decisions, and interacting with others? MBTI, or the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, helps you understand these differences through four key dimensions:

Extraversion vs. Introversion: Do you gain energy from being with others, or from spending time alone?
Sensing vs. Intuition: Do you focus on details or look at the big picture?
Thinking vs. Feeling: Do you make decisions based on logic or on emotions?
Judging vs. Perceiving: Do you prefer structure and planning, or flexibility and spontaneity?

By exploring your MBTI type, you'll learn more about your natural preferences, strengths, and ways of interacting with people. Understanding yourself and others can improve communication, decision-making, and relationships—skills that are useful in school, work, and everyday life. I can't wait to see you!
