Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. I just quickly wanted to share my thoughts with you all. I've been "practicing gratitude" lately and it has really filled my heart. I put it in quotations to emphasize that this is something you actually have to practice. Just like kindness, self control, patience, etc. It has come up in my lessons with students and my day to day life. I can't tell you how much joy I feel just to talk about it with someone. This has not always been an easy thing but it is soo worth it, to open your heart and be willing to appreciate or give thanks for everything. Even for the smallest thing. So, it is my goal to continue on this path and hopefully perfect it. Maybe you can join me? Last but not least, I would really like to thank Cafetalk Support Staff for all the help that they've extended to me. Every time I've reached out, they've been more than willing to help me succeed. Recently, they've added one of my lessons to there campaign page and I greatly appreciate it. Even if I don't get a lot of students, I'm grateful just for being considered. I'm just truly grateful! I hope that you too can find the joy of gratitude in your heart after reading this column.
