Hello! My name is Stephanie, and I’m passionate about teaching English and music to learners of all ages. With over 20 years of experience—from mother-and-baby classes to programs for adults in their 90s—I love creating playful, engaging, and interactive lessons that make learning feel natural and joyful. I live in Japan with my Japanese husband and our 16-year-old miniature poodle, Karin. In my free time, you’ll find me singing, reading, camping, hiking, taking long walks, and always exploring new, creative ways to make learning fun for everyone.

Curriculum

Tutor Stephanie, a specialist in teaching English through music, movement, and storytelling for young learners, will lead parents and children in an online session filled with traditional (no-copyright) Christmas songs, rhymes, fingerplays, movement activities, and storytime.

Families can watch and join in from home as we explore playful music, actions, and English language together — all a cappella. A vocabulary list and lyrics sheet will be provided so you can easily follow along with the words and/or actions.
