Hello,
My name is Shiju. I am a CELTA certified teacher from Mumbai, India.
After having worked in other sectors for many years, I realized that my true calling is towards Teaching and helping students. And now I have been teaching English, for the past nine years.
I consider teaching as a noble and fulfilling profession and I love to interact with people across the world. As part of my teaching experience, I have taught school and college students, parents and working professionals, in one-on-one and group sessions. Each teaching session is an enriching experience for me and I try best to give back more to my students, than what they expect.
Apart from teaching English, I like to learn new languages. I can speak many other Indian languages and now I am learning French and Japanese.
In my free time I like to watch sports, food and travel videos.
My Lessons: It is my belief that any teaching starts with empathy and understanding, then trust is gradually built, eventually learning happens with ease.
All the lessons will be:

Driven with patience, empathy, and understanding.
Warm, friendly with a gentle approach
My Camera is always 'ON' during the sessions. I leave it to the students, to decide about their camera options.

To help students achieve their aim to improve.
Have engaging and interesting conversation.
To see my students speak confidently.
