Hello and Welcome!
Hi! I’m Hailey, a native Korean speaker from Seoul, South Korea. I am passionate about teaching and love connecting with students from all over the world. In addition to my love for education, I love immersing myself in new cultures, savoring delicious food, enjoying great movies, and listening to amazing music from around the world. I’ve traveled to around 30 countries, which has given me a deep understanding of cultural diversity and the challenges of learning a new language.
I hold degrees in pedagogy, child studies, and special education, having completed 7 years of university education in these fields. I am a certified preschool and special education teacher currently working in Sweden. Through internships at various preschools, I have gained valuable hands-on experience in multicultural educational settings. Until recently, I worked for two years at a preschool, and I am now employed at a special needs elementary school. While I still have much to learn, I am sincerely committed to supporting each child’s growth with care and dedication.
My teaching methodology focuses on creating engaging, student-centered lessons tailored to each individual's needs. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your Korean fluency, I incorporate interactive and engaging methods, such as:
