I always look forward to every lesson because the teacher is truly amazing and so much fun. I've been learning with her for four years, and she's helped me practice so many pieces. She's made me love the flute more and more, and I want to practice even harder!
It's so easy to talk to Mika-san, and she's genuinely interested in what you have to say - I feel she's an empathetic teacher who easily figures out what I want to say and readily helps and explains. Great at simple explanations in Japanese, and knows how to keep the conversation going. Love it!
