毎回、やったことのないような動きの入ったトレーニングを教えてくださいます。そしてそれがどこに効くのか意識もさせてくれます。翌日はバッチリそこに筋肉痛が出るのです。また毎回とても楽しく、すっきりした気持ちになれます。先生に任せればいつか理想の体になれるのではないかと夢見ながらレッスンを受けています。
