Her lessons and topics we talk about are always interesting and fun, I've always enjoyed every single lesson. 【自己紹介】はじめましてジャイロキネシス担当の鈴木です。私は幼少期からモダンダンスを始めて今までダンス人生です！モダンダンスからジャズダンス、コンテンポラリーなどの踊りをやり舞台やバッグダンサー様々な経験をしてきました。幼少期からダンスをやっていた事もあり10代から腰痛に悩まされていました。2002年NYにダンス留学をしたときジャイロキネシスに出会いました。踊るには体づくりが必須であることを知り私にハマったエクササイズでした。ジャイロキネシスをやればやるほど体づくりが必要と知り2004年ジャイロキネシスの資格を取得。踊りが自分でも驚くほど変わりました。力みがなくなりしなやかに軽やかに踊れる体になりました。ジャイロキネシスはダンサーだけではなく一般の方にもとても良いエクササイズです。椅子に座って骨盤、背骨、そして体全身の繋がりを意識してゆったりしたペースで動かしていくので無理なく動けます。
