【自己紹介】初めまして。Fumiです。私は看護師としてキャリアをスタートし、その後は新薬の臨床開発モニター、現在は医療系の団体職員として、ずっと医療系の仕事を続けてきました。転職を重ねながらも一貫して医療業界に身を置いてきましたが、あるときふと「私は何が好きなんだろう？」と、自分のキャリアや生き方を振り返る機会がありました。そんたときに私が気づいたのは「私は人の話を聴くことが好き」ということでした。人の話を聴くことって、一見簡単そうで、実はとても奥深い。それは看護師時代から感じていたことでした。そんな中「コーチング」というものに出会い、「これだ！」と、すぐにコーチングスクール＜The COACH＞に申し込み、学びをスタート。先日無事に学習を修了し、今はコーチとしてセッションを提供する準備が整いました。コーチとしての実務経験はこれからですが、看護師として、それ以降の仕事でも外部の人と
