Hello and welcome! I’m Seth, an English teacher, a lifelong learner, and someone who genuinely enjoys meaningful conversations.
My journey began in healthcare. With a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, I learned early on how important empathy, patience, and clear communication are, especially when people feel unsure or vulnerable. Over the years, I’ve worked across healthcare, customer support, administration, veterinary care, and international service roles, both locally and abroad. These experiences shaped my calm, thoughtful, and supportive teaching style.
I started teaching English in 2016 and have since worked with students of all ages and backgrounds, from beginners finding their voice to professionals preparing for international work and study. I focus on natural communication, not perfection. My goal is to help you feel comfortable expressing yourself, thinking in English, and speaking with confidence at your own pace.

Personality-wise, I’m an INFJ: reflective, intuitive, and people-focused. I’m deeply interested in how people think, feel, and make sense of the world. I enjoy conversations about values, motivation, daily habits, and the small choices that shape our lives. I’m also interested in practical life philosophy and personal growth, especially ideas about purpose, mindfulness, and how we use our time and energy wisely.
Having grown up in the Philippines and worked with people from Australia, the U.S., the U.K., the Middle East, and across Asia, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for cultural differences and shared human experiences. I love talking about travel, food, daily life, work culture, history, and personal stories, topics that naturally bring language to life.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring new places, learning languages, cooking, watching documentaries, staying active, and reading about psychology, self-development, and how people build meaningful, balanced lives. These interests often become part of our conversations, making lessons feel relaxed and genuine rather than academic.

Whether you want to practice everyday English, prepare for work or study, explore deeper conversations, or simply talk with someone patient and understanding, I’m here to support you. I can also help you communicate more confidently within your own field or profession, using English that feels natural and useful.
Let’s take things one step at a time: calmly, comfortably, and with curiosity.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing good conversations together.
