Hi there! I'm Polly. I’m an English literature graduate with TESOL/TEFL certification and over 12 years of work experience in four different Asian countries. My favorite is Vietnam, and I can go back for the delicious food anytime.

I’ve been based in Japan since 2017. I have lived and worked in Hyogo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Kanagawa. 日本の文化や環境にも慣れているので、安心して学んでいただけます。



People often say I’m cheerful, kind, and easy to talk to. I like to keep lessons positive and relaxed, while being focused and goal-oriented. Whether you want to practice everyday conversation, brush up on business English, or just enjoy speaking without pressure, I’ve got you covered. あなたの目標に合わせたレッスンを提供します。

When I’m not teaching, I’m probably experimenting in the kitchen, taking food photos, reading a mystery novel, or planning my next travel adventure. Would you like to talk about these topics?
