Hi there! I am teacher Milmar and I am from Davao City, Philippines!

I am a licensed English teacher since 2009 with Master’s degree in English Language Teaching, plus TEFL certification. I have 16 years of experience in teaching English, literature and journalism.

For 16 years, I am helping my students become confident and effective English communicators. I specialize in Academic and Business English, Conversational English, Literature, and Journalism. I’ve worked with learners of all ages and backgrounds—whether they’re preparing for a presentation, enjoying a book discussion, or just looking to improve their everyday English.

My teaching style is friendly, flexible, and learner-centered. I love creating lessons that feel like real conversations, not just grammar drills!
