I am from Japan.
I was born in Tokyo and continue to live in Tokyo.
I speak Japanese in a standard accent. (I do not have any accent.)
I have never lived abroad (although I have traveled abroad!) but I can communicate in English.
I majored in English at university, but I also took classes from programs aimed at training Japanese language teachers from other departments. I have experience being an assistant in Japanese classes for American junior high and high school students as a volunteer.
I love learning languages.
