Hello everyone! My name is Aliia, and I’m from the beautiful country of Kyrgyzstan. I am currently living in Japan, where I am pursuing my Master’s degree in International Education. Alongside my studies, I work as a Learning Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at an international school, supporting students with different learning needs and helping them reach their full potential.
I have experience teaching English and Russian, both one-on-one and in group settings. I also teach English in a Japanese cram school (juku) style environment, which is valuable insight into goal-focused and high-intensity learning. Because of this experience, I can adapt to both relaxed and fast-paced learning styles depending on each student’s goals.
In my Cafetalk lessons, I aim to create a warm, productive, and enjoyable atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing themselves, learning new skills, and overcoming challenges. My focus is not only language improvement, but also building confidence and helping students apply what they learn in real daily situations.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, traveling, yoga, and learning about mental health—another area I am passionate about. Some of my lessons include topics related to well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth.
I am always happy to listen and support my students. With a collaborative approach, we can make steady progress and create positive change.
Let’s learn, grow, and achieve new heights together.
Thank you, and I look forward to meeting you soon!
