Hello! My name is Valeriia and I'm Ukrainian. I'm passionate about languages and love sharing this passion with others. Ukrainian and Russian are my native languages. I left Ukraine more than 10 years ago and spent most of this time in Poland, studying and working there. I also was lucky to have an ability to live in Italy and Germany. I truly believe that living in different countries expands the horizons and helps to understand not only another culture, but first of all our own.
I’ve had the opportunity to teach Ukrainian and Russian to my acquaintances and their children, which gave me valuable hands-on experience. I discovered that I really enjoy the process of teaching and helping others learn a new language. My lessons are always personalized, focusing on my students' goals, whether it's conversational fluency, exam preparation, or language for travel or work.
In addition to my teaching experience, I hold a national C1 certification in Polish. I’ve used this qualification to help Ukrainian learners prepare for and successfully pass the C1 Polish exam. Since I studied Polish as a foreign language myself, I have a unique advantage in explaining its grammar and structure in an accessible way, something that native speakers might not always do.
